PASS Staff Placement (Private) Limited

In view of the opportunity to provide staff to client on secondment, mainly Accounting Staff, a new company was incorporated in 1995. Through this company the staff employed by the organisation would be seconded to clients. The basis of secondment is that the staff would remain employees of the organisation but would carry out duties as assigned and supervised by the client. The key areas for secondment are;

• Managerial and Clerical staff providing accounting, auditing and related functions.
• Data entry operators.

Staff have been seconded to a variety of local and foreign organisations, including banks.

The secondments are mainly short term, however long term secondments are also carried out.

List of Services

• Secondment of staff to clients for
      - Accounting and bookkeeping.
      - Stock taking.
      - Fixed assets inventory.
      - Data entry.
  

We also recruit staff for clients. This includes placing advertisements in newspapers, calling for and making the initial interviews and selecting a shortlist for the final interview.
